MAKE OUR DAY!!!
Or, if you happen to have dark skin and a non-'Merkin sounding name . . .
One would think this kind of win-win would be pretty obvious to the GOP House, but, yeah, no.
Until then, the courts will have to focus on, gasp, immigrants with [actual] criminal cases pending. Anyone trolls care to step in and say it's really worth the time in our courts system to prosecute persons here illegally versus one here illegally and accused of a violent offense? Yes yes, I know the "they're both crimes" talking point, but surely even this level of pragmatism can be grasped?
Even the prospect of the destruction of this iteration of the Republican Party, which impeachment would cause, (and is a consummation devoutly to be wished) isn't enough to make me want to see the country go through that again.

Or -- failing that -- simply kicking them out.
Like Nevada's Joe Heck.
Or Florida's Allen West and Dan Webster.
The violent ones that present a danger to public safety?
Or the ones desperate for any paying opportunity to harvest their food, wash their dishes, make their beds, and maintain the landscapes on their estates?
Fox News and those righties that post here keep using that word. I do not think it means what they think it means.
(I thought I typed that correctly. Ah well.)
"We distort and you remain misinformed"
He'd also find a way to blame "Congress"- not the Republicans- for the impeachment proceedings. He'll decry the lack of bipartisanship. When Progressives attack the Republicans for their shameful time-wasting, the White House would express "dismay" at the "unfortunate, unproductive language" from "certain members" of the Democratic party. (Heck, before his second term is over, I fully expect the President to refer to it as the "Democrat" party.)
Obama's a great guy, a lousy negotiator, and apparently not as savvy a politician as we gave him credit for as his wishy-washy approach has sapped a massive amount of support. These are the facts.
Nah -- liking arugula and putting brown mustard on his burger are far more serious crimes. ;^)>
Why would they need to even suggest an impeachment if the guy is "doomed" to fail against mighty Perry and untouchable Bachmann?
because behind the propaganda, they know they will lose. And as they learned with Clinton, if a democrat is doing well for the economy, then their only way to seize power is to find a reason to impeach.
