I keep wondering how it is that Shepard Smith is still employed by that network.

      Or why.

Perverted, as in running a Right Wing Propaganda Network Goebbels style? MMfA shows videos of the two doing that every day!

True, but I think Pete meant a video of something perverted with Rupert and Roger that involves a goat, handcuffs, and a Little Bo Peep outfit . . .

They can not frame it any other way.

Rule #1 of Propaganda: NEVER admit you were wrong or they were right,EVER.

Rule#2 of propaganda: repeat the false meme as often as possible. Quote your own station as" WE have it from other sources that....."

Rule#3 of propaganda: Undermine credible sources. Government agencies, other media outlets all are wrong. Only you are the source of TRUTH.

Rule#4 of propaganda: Patriotism and nationalism. Wrap yourself or your news desk in the flag. Talk about your love for this country...and how the others are all destroying it.

There are other rules to propaganda...But you have to be admitted to FOX CLUB....and rule#1 of FOX CLUB is..FOX CLUB doesn't exist.....Tyler Durden signing out.

The court struck down the bogus state crimes the law created and removed the BS arrest authority if state law enforcement had probable cause to think someone was undocumented.

Sadly they left in place racial profiling inherent in the police's new ability to stop people based on reasonable suspicion of lack of citizenship.

Predictably Scalia threw a hissy fit writing a separate opinion nearly as long as the majority, actually blasting Homeland Security's recent decision to suspend deportation of some young people.

I think a lot of people were unaware of just how partisan and fringe Scalia really is--and hopefully they will also realize that Alito and Thomas are right there with him. I see Scalia's rant as a good thing because now, more people will understand why we get rulings like "Citizen's United" when, to the average person, it would require a very skewed view of the Constitution to produce a decision like that.

Actually, they only left that particular statute standing because it had not yet been implemented. They had no basis upon which to rule it unconstitutional. The DOJ has set up a website for American citizens in Arizona to report bogus stops based on profiling. The S.Ct. decision stated that this statute would possibly be eventually declared invalid. It states that detention of someone, simply to verify citizenship, would raise concerns regarding constitutionality. Since Arpaio is known for doing this sort of thing and rounding up American citizens in error, it will not take long for someone to file a case which will bring down this particular statute.

The "papers please" portion of the law was declared un-Constitutional.

A 5-4 supreme court ruling in favor of whatever the GOP and "conservative" movement wanted...

A defeat for Obama, or Monday at the Supreme Court?

Seriously, this gang of five have been consistent in always voting in favor of corporate power and the so-called conservative movement.

It's only news when they don't make a decision in complete lock-step with those mentioned above.
