Rule#4 of propaganda: Patriotism and nationalism. Wrap yourself or your news desk in the flag. Talk about your love for this country...and how the others are all destroying it.

Sadly they left in place racial profiling inherent in the police's new ability to stop people based on reasonable suspicion of lack of citizenship.
Predictably Scalia threw a hissy fit writing a separate opinion nearly as long as the majority, actually blasting Homeland Security's recent decision to suspend deportation of some young people.
I think a lot of people were unaware of just how partisan and fringe Scalia really is--and hopefully they will also realize that Alito and Thomas are right there with him. I see Scalia's rant as a good thing because now, more people will understand why we get rulings like "Citizen's United" when, to the average person, it would require a very skewed view of the Constitution to produce a decision like that.
The "papers please" portion of the law was declared un-Constitutional.
A defeat for Obama, or Monday at the Supreme Court?
Seriously, this gang of five have been consistent in always voting in favor of corporate power and the so-called conservative movement.
It's only news when they don't make a decision in complete lock-step with those mentioned above.
