Scalia spouts Foxpac talking points from the bench and addresses things not related to the case in his decision. Thomas' wife received over a million dollars from opponents of health care reform and he ruled on health care reform. Alito said in his confirmation hearings that he wouldn't overturn established precedent and promptly did exactly that in Citizens United. The Republican justices on the bench are acting like politicians, not judges, and corrupt politicians, at that.

There are some experts that say that the conservative dissent actually reads like a victory for the conservative side, which some people have interpreted to mean that Justice Roberts actually changed his mind at the last minute.

I could care less. I'm just glad it happened!

Won't be long now and Justice Scalia is going to sound like screaming Beck.

And screw the Federalist Society. Those punks wined and dined Thomas and Scalia and scorned anyone who questioned the appearance of political shenanigans at their little "party." Some see lobbying for exactly what it is,as Antonin the idiot said from the bench. when you can buy Justices dinner,is it fair to ask them what their salary and hearth benefits are?
